New building Hotel VI "Bell Rock" Europa-Park Rust

Construction project Hotel VI will add another theme hotel to the Europa Park hospitality collection. The theme: New England.

The complex comprises 7 interconnected buildings, a kitchen and restaurant section as well as a 35 m high lighthouse.

In total, the 4-star superior hotel will boast 194 rooms, 30 suites, 3 conference rooms, 2 pools, a wellness area and several restaurants. The design will incorporate style elements reminiscent of the era of the exodus into the New World.

The project will feature highly efficient sustainable elements to reduce energy and water consumption. A ground water heat pump will be used to operate the heating system.

GFA (gross floor area): approx. 25,000 m²

GCC (gross cubic content): approx. 75.000 m³
