Refurbishment, conversion and extension "Neues Schloss"

During the next 3 years, the "Neues Schloss" (New Castle) in Baden-Baden will be converted into a 5-star hotel.

This project poses a fascinating design task, given the ideas of the Arab owners, the fact that the buildings are landmarked, the necessity to prevent a pollution of Baden-Baden's thermal water and the complicated structural damage to be dealt with.

From 2013, guests will be able to use the historical buildings and a new building in the park featuring comfortable suites and rooms as well as fantastic restaurant, conference and spa areas.
